Completed projects, on the record.

Bathroom refurbishment

Full strip-out and refit. Stone-effect wall tiling floor to ceiling with a textured feature wall to the bath, herringbone flooring, combined vanity and WC unit, bath with glass screen and thermostatic shower, backlit illuminated mirror and chrome towel radiator.

The lighting was set into the tile layout rather than fixed over it, which is only possible when the electrician and the tiler are working to the same programme.

Cloakroom installation

Compact ground-floor cloakroom formed within an existing space. Combined WC and basin unit to maximise floor area, full-height mirror to widen the room visually, herringbone flooring and a heated towel rail.

Kitchen installation

Gloss white units with dark worktops, metro tiling to the splashback returns and patterned floor tiling. Extraction, appliance supply and lighting all installed as part of the same package.

Interior decoration

Full redecoration of a letting bedroom, including preparation, ceiling and woodwork, and a deep blue feature wall. Turned round between bookings.

External painting

Roughcast walls prepared and repainted, with window surrounds, sills and rainwater goods picked out. Coatings specified for exposure and a weather window worked to.
