Established trades, brought under one company.

The company is owned and run by working tradespeople rather than by a management layer. Each shareholder brings an established trade and an existing client base, and each still works on site.

That structure matters in one practical way. When a bathroom strip-out uncovers rotten floor timbers and then a wiring problem, the joiner, the electrician and the tiler are in the same company, on the same programme, under one quotation. Nobody disappears for three weeks, and nobody blames the trade before them.

Where we work

The company operates from Paisley and takes on work across Glasgow and the central belt, through to Edinburgh, the Highlands and the Isle of Skye. Recent projects include kitchen and bathroom installations and interior decoration on Skye, a full bathroom refurbishment in Edinburgh, and external painting in Glasgow.

For work away from base we programme it properly: materials ordered ahead and consolidated, accommodation arranged for the squad where needed, and the job run as a continuous block rather than a series of half-days. That is usually cheaper for the client than a local firm attending twice a week.

Health & safety

We hold a written health and safety policy and issue risk assessments and method statements before works begin. Accident and near-miss records are maintained and available for inspection.

Insurance

All work is fully insured. Certificates are issued on request, and we are happy to supply them ahead of appointment for contract and commercial clients.
